Submit a Waitlist Form, along with your Waitlist Fee ($100/child)
to start the enrollment process with us.
The Waitlist Fee is nonrefundable. If you are offered an enrollment spot, this fee rolls over into the Registration Fee.
Summer Camp 2026 dates: June 15-August 7
Summer camp registration opens to our current families in January, and is then opened to the general public beginning in February.
Summer Camp Information
Camps operate under the same time frame as school year hours, M-F from 9:00am-3:00pm. We have an optional Aftercare program, based on availability, for an additional fee.
Children bring their own morning snack, lunch and water bottle each day, along with clothing that is fit for all-weather nature exploration.
Early Bird pricing applies to families who sign up in early spring. Be sure to act fast, as our camp does fill up quickly!
Payment for camp is due at the time of registration.
There is not a part-time option for the camp season.
If a week of camp is full, you will have an option to join a waitlist for that week.
ALL campers are required to have a non-expired VA Health Form on file.
There will be certain days and weeks that will ask children to come with bathing suits and towels based on our water play schedule and area of study for the week. We highly recommend rash guards, and ask for children to wear closed toed shoes at all times (keens or crocs work well)
We ask that each family applies sunscreen and bug spray on their child upon arrival, and our Summer Camp Staff will reapply throughout the day.
We have rest time for all classrooms each day after lunch. Depending on age group, this will look like a traditional nap time, or a small rest followed by quiet reading, puzzles, and yoga time.
Form for sunscreen, bug spray and any other non-prescription topical cream can be found below.
Please note: Your registration for summer camp is not complete until the registration paperwork AND payment have been submitted. You will be invoiced through our registration and communication program, Procare. Once you accept the invitation to join us on Procare, you will be able to see and pay invoices, and get alerts, updates and pictures from each week of summer camp.
All school-year students AND campers must have a current VA Health form on file
with us to complete enrollment.
Epiphany Preschool Summer Camp
2026 Weekly Sessions
Week 1: June 15-June 18 *Holiday Week, closed 6/19
Amazing Animals Week!
Get wild with us this week!
We will explore and recreate many different animal homes, mimic how animals move, and create artwork inspired by different animal patterns. Throughout the week we will discover how various animals protect themselves, what they eat, and why they sometimes migrate from place to place. Campers will be invited to classify animals into groups, expand their balancing skills with some animal yoga, and discover new ways that we can help animals all around us.
Week 2: June 22-June 26
Super Cool Scientist Week
Calling all curious minds!
It is time to wonder, predict, and observe as we conduct experiments, study plants in the garden, and test out cause and effect. Our campers will collect data using tools like magnifying glasses, rulers, pipettes, measuring cups, microscopes and magnets. Throughout the week we will also learn about different types of scientists and the important jobs that they do. Campers will be invited to do activities and engage in pretend play as meteorologists, ecologists, chemists, and botanists.
Week 3: June 29 -July 3
Friends of the Forest Week
We love nature!
Celebrate the wonder of our local ecosystem with us as we learn about ways we can connect to and care for the earth. We will use repurposed and recycled materials to create art and building projects, and spend time getting to know the plants, animals and insects that live around our campus. Campers will go on bug hunts, and use their science and math skills to categorize, classify, tally and count creatures they observe around our campus. We will also have a fantastical Fairy Forest Party this week!
Week 4: July 6-July 10
Painting, Puppets and Pottery Week!
Get ready for tons of process art and storytelling fun!
It’s time to get creative and have fun with all different types of artistic expression. We will work together to make colorful murals, act out familiar stories on the stage, and watercolor paint in the garden. Children will make their own puppets, dress in costumes to spark imaginative play, and use clay to make figures and pinch pots. We will end the week with a musical parade around our campus with our favorite stuffed animals and puppets!
Week 5: July 13-July 17
Whole Body Learning Week
Get ready to move, feel, smell, touch, taste, see, and hear the fun this week!
Join us as we explore the outdoors using all of our whole body, and all of our senses! We will actively explore the 4.5 acres on our campus and engage our observation skills to notice similarities and differences between types of leaves, the texture of different surfaces we will climb and build with, the sounds of bird calls, the smell of herbs and flowers and the taste of vegetables in the garden. We will do movement challenges and play games that highlight noticing and controlling your body moving through space (proprioception) as we balance, climb, and jump. Practicing all of these skills play a huge role in our nature-based approach at Epiphany, and the way we approach holistic learning. We are ready to have fun from head to toe!
Week 6: July 20-July 24
Out of this World Week
3-2-1, it’s time to blast off!
Join us for a week of building and exploration as we create rocket ships, experiment with gravity and propulsion and learn about The Milky Way galaxy. We will spend time learning about the closest star to us, the sun, and how important it is to all living things on earth. Our campers will also explore the unique characteristics that make our home planet so special, and why it is the only planet in the universe that we can call home.
Week 7: July 27- July 31
Wacky Water Week
Time to cool off and make a splash!
Campers will beat the heat this week by painting with colorful ice cubes, riding through our tricycle “car wash,” and making some homemade popsicles for a tasty treat! We will also take a dive into the ocean to learn about different types of fish, sea mammals, and deep sea creatures. We will highlight ways that we can take care of the ocean and protect coral reefs.
Week 8: August 3- August 7
We Dig Dinosaurs Week
Roar! Roar! We love Dinosaurs!
Campers this week will go back in time to walk among the dinosaurs! Children will become paleontologists at a dig site, put clues together to solve puzzles, and work on classifying dinosaurs by a variety of physical features. Throughout the week children will hatch dinosaur eggs, learn about meat eaters and plant eaters, and engage in imaginative prehistoric play.
